World leaders have normalized Israel’s conduct by providing political support, military aid, or remaining silent as the occupation continues to ravage Palestinian health. It’s time for a drastic shift in policy that prioritizes Palestinian dignity and protection, ensures unimpeded humanitarian access, and holds all governments accountable.
The international community must confront the reality of Israel’s policies: they are not just a means to an end, but an end in themselves. They are designed to destroy Palestinian health, drive people out of their homes, and eliminate any semblance of a viable state. It’s time for leaders to recognize that the occupation is no longer a “conflict” – it’s a humanitarian crisis that demands immediate attention.
