Zelensky Asks Allies for More Missile Defences After 17 Killed in Russian Strikes on Kyiv The latest wave of Russian strikes on Ukraine's capital has highlighted the catastrophic consequences of Moscow's air campaign and the crippling shortage of missile defences.
